Foundations of Leadership - Situational
Leadership®
Today’s most successful companies train their leaders to
use a variety of leadership styles hence, creating more
effective performance. Situational Leadership® is the most
prevalent leadership system used in the world – and has been for
over 40 years. Situational Leadership® provides the tools and
skills to improve leadership through aligning intentions with
observed leadership behavior.

makes some leaders more effective than others

difference between job, task, and activity, and how
to surface the real task for a subordinate

difference between “task behavior” and “relationship
behavior” and be able to classify leadership
behavior using these two categories

Develop the ability to
choose different leadership styles that have the

Program Manager
Chris Kudrna is a licensed
Situational Leadership® trainer and has taught the program to
numerous senior executives as well as middle-level managers.
Target Audience
Managers’ Forum alumni and business professionals within
small to large-sized organizations with leadership
responsibilities.
