Managers' Forum
To effectively compete within the market place, companies need
to sustain and nurture their current and future organizational
leaders. The Managers’ Forum is a 14-week course designed to
equip middle management and business professionals with enhanced
decision-making and management skills by exposing them to
essential management topics that serve them in their daily work
challenges.

ZOOTS is a dry-cleaning franchise founded in 1998 by
Tom Sternberg and Todd Krasnow, creators of Staples,
the Office Superstore. With both door-to-door
delivery service and convenient store locations,
ZOOTS is dedicated to providing the highest levels
of quality and convenience. ZOOTS' operating
philosophy is to surpass the convenience
expectations of today's time-challenged consumer.

Program Instructors
The Forum is facilitated by a team of local professionals. These
instructors include active local business leaders with MBAs from
leading schools around the country and local professors with
PhDs in various content areas of the course.
Target Audience
Companies within central Minnesota with a multi-member “middle
management” team and middle- to high-level managers including:
Vice Presidents, Directors, and managers
Program Fee
The program fee
ranges from $3,500 to $2,750 depending on company commitment.
Program Schedule
The Managers’ Forum runs two sessions each year; one in the
spring (January – April) and another in the fall (September –
December).
