The Anderson Entrepreneurial Center promotes excellence in entrepreneurial performance for the Central Minnesota business community. We pursue this mission by educating, connecting, and recognizing entrepreneurs.

 (May 14th, 2008)

On May 14th, come hear Erik Saltvold ("Erik the Bike-Man"), Owner of ERIK'S BIKE SHOP. Beginning in a barn in his parents' backyard in Richfield at age 13, ERIK's BIKE SHOP now has 13 store locations in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

All luncheons will be held at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites from 11:30am to 1:00pm.
