Foundations Series To effectively
grow and evolve a business over time, business leaders need to
develop an enhanced capacity to think and lead strategically in
every area of business. The Foundations Series, which consists of
6 individual modules, provides business professionals with an
in-depth understanding of the functional building blocks used to
build a successful organization. The Foundations Series is a
natural extension to the Managers’ Forum.

prevalent leadership system used in the world – and has
been for over 40 years. The Anderson Entrepreneurial
Center is proud to bring this workshop for effective
leadership to Central Minnesota. |

Program Manager
Each Foundations Series module is lead and facilitated by an
independent business leader within central Minnesota. Each
Program Manager brings extensive industry experience related to
their respective modules as well as notable educational
credentials from leading universities around the country.
Target Audience
This program is geared toward Managers’ Forum Alumni and business professionals within small to large-sized
organizations.
Program Fee
The program fees range from $1,500 to $1,000 depending on the
module and organizational commitment.
